Pat and other statewide candidates will meet with clients and advocates of the Preble Street Resource Center in the Wayside Soup Kitchen for breakfast at 8:30AM. Low income and homeless people are encouraged to attend.

Citizen Salon, an informal exercise committed to sharing political and cultural information in an open, comfortable environment in Zero Station in Portland, welcomes Pat as part of their fall schedule, open to the public. Rolling Fast for Peace
Join Pat and LaMarche for Governor staffer Karen D'Andrea as they gather with others who are participating in the rolling fast on the Brunswick Mall in Brunswick from noon to 1:00 PM. Pat and Karen will join PeaceWorks in Brunswick, along with organizations nationwide, for a "rolling fast" continuing until September 21, the 25th Annual International Day of Peace. Pat and supporters will attend the the film showing of "Gandhi" to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Gandhi's non-violent march. The film will be shown at the Evening Star cinema in Brunswick.

Rolling Fast for Peace
Pat and LaMarche for Governor staffer Karen D'Andrea will join PeaceWorks in Brunswick, along with organizations nationwide, for a "rolling fast" starting on September 11th, a day of Global Cease Fire, and continuing until September 21, the 25th Annual International Day of Peace. Everyone is invited to join the fast for a few hours or days as a way of bearing witness to the need for non-violence, sharing and loving kindness in our world. Participants, fasters and non-fasters alike.

United Bikers Toy Run
Pat will miss the first part of the United Bikers of Maine Annual Toy Run but you'll find her shortly after this unique parade winds it's way from the Augusta Civic Center (starting at 1PM) to the Winslow Fair Grounds. Team LaMarche to Attend the Skowhegan Fall Festival
Team LaMarche staffers will be on hand to greet festival goers and provide campaign literature from approx. noon - 2:00 PM. Artists, crafters, musicians, dancers, and civic organizations gather in the pituresque setting of Coburn Park, on Water Street in Skowhegan to celebrate the wealth of truly talented people that surround us in our community. Come and join the fun from 10:00 to 2:00 on Saturday September 9th. There will be food, games, fire truck and ambulance show and tell, the rock wall as well as many, many other activities for the whole family to do.
